Has anyone updated their EE profile after receiving Ontario notification of interest? Does it matter? If your points have not changed? Will it affect your application to Ontario if you apply to Ontario pnp?

Goto https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp and Add recipient and choose 'Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCI' and proceed with the next links and make payment Then you should be good.

I have mentioned in file number in Attention to field.. thats the only place you can write some text...

Yes i changed a few details after receiving NOI (it was not affecting my score)...

Yes, but I've asked for 30 CAD in refund because the system also selects IRCC as a recipient. I have already paid for the IRCC copy the first time I applied to WES for ECA and don't want one more copy for IRCC. It appears there is a glitch in their system and they pay a refund when you ask them.

Yes. There's no other way to place the order. The system forces you to pay the full amount even when you select NO for a copy to be sent to you and there's no option to deselect IRCC.

I finished my transaction and immediately wrote to WES asking for refund of 30 cad. They haven't replied yet.

When I had applied to WES for my ECA in September last year, they made me pay for sending a soft copy to IRCC. The total amount I paid was 233 CAD at that time.

I'd suggest you look at your package to find out what you paid for before asking them for a refund.
