I have started the process of applying in the Federal skilled worker program under Express entry. However, I would like to know as the current score is dropped to 413 in the recent draw, is it ok to show the work experience only of my current company which is of 18 months? as I calculated my CRS and with one year of experience, it is showing me a score of 444 as I have recently scored CLB 9 in my Ielts.
Furthermore, my previous work experience is of 17 months and I have a doubt that I would get the Reference letter which I would be required to produce from my previous employer.
Moreover, what at all are the mandatory documents which we are supposed to submit for the jobs which we have mentioned in the Personnel history section? as I don't have the reference letter for the last two companies.
And lastly, if I only mention work experience for 1 company (i.e 18 months) which is not as per the standard requirement of the employers in Canada, would my visa get rejected?? As currently in my field I have seen job openings in Canada with a minimum work experience of 2 years which I wont be having while submitting my application.so would this make an impact on CIC's decision making?
I would be grateful if someone could please address to the above queries,

Ah.... Sorry that I am poor in understanding Biological terms in order to understand the relations mentioned below . Still...
Does my uncle (Mom's blood brother) son/daughter comes under any of the below category ?
Can anyone confirm if it is possible to request for india PCC from passport seva website for NRI while they are visiting india? Also what is the time they take.
Yes it is possible. It is better to book an appointment online before you travel. Once you have the appointment date, you can make travel arrangements accordingly. You have to go to the passport seva kendra in person. The time taken depends on few factors including how recent your passport is, whether you have got any previous PCCs done (even expired ones), whether your information is available to them right away, and of course whether the officer likes you or not These people tend to enjoy the little power trip they get! Anyway, it could take anywhere from a single day to about three weeks. Last time I got my PCC for New Zealand done from India and it took 2 weeks.
