Now my question is there is no message in my gc account and no mail.

I got the same today. Background also went into "in progress" . I think wait a bit for the email to arrive (I am patiently waiting too) . Nothing in my online account but it does say "actin required"

I got the same too. I know CIC did a system update this morning maybe this is an error or a system issue.

Got also a medical exam request with no further instructions. Guess we should wait...

Called CIC & they are like open new technical request Tech request menas another 2-3 weeks again & even when they reply they are not that helpful so i guess we need to wait until CIC fixes it

It might be an issue after the update this morning. Many people are having same issues

It's kinda weird they were asking for medical exam but never received my SA yet after they requested additional documents last week. I hope message will come anytime today. Im so excited and nervous lol

I wouldnt get to excited yet because this might be a system error. Until someone actually confirms with cic on the phone.
