Today I received a call from CIC Ottawa . It was more of a survey/feedback call. He didn't ask for any personal information or discussed about my application. He asked reason for so many calls to CIC recently . I had made around 4-5 calls in the past 1 month.
They asked me how they can improve the system etc etc.
Anyone else a similar experience ?

I gave them valid reasons of the calls made and as feedback told them would like more transparency in the mycic account regarding updates to case and also would be great if we receive PPR through account messages too instead of just sending email as they can go to junk/spam or to previous lawyers too and can be missed altogether which has happened in so many cases

I think it also depends on your category. If you are FSW/PNP and your application has been transferred at local VO they might not have finalized your file yet. If it is at Ottawa then I think it is finalized.
