HI Guyzzz,
Is it necessary to have a permanent word in the employment letter, as in my letter it is written ' full time active employee' and no. of hours per week as well as all benefits are mentioned but permanent is missing. I got ITA under CEC and i m working under same employer from last 1 and half year and it is mentioned in the letter. So my worry is that it is possible to get a rejection just because my letter is missing permanent word?..........

I'm not sure about the exact requirements for the cec stream because I'm FSW but none of my reference letters have the word permanent. One of my reference letters doesn't even mention my salary or number of work hours. I'm planning to get around that problem by attaching supporting documents like contracts and offer letters.
