Personal history versus work history after ITA

Ladies & Gentlemen,

I did not claim any points for my wife's work experience on my EE profile, because i didnt need the CRS points.

1) Now that I have the ITA, does she need to provide reference letters from previous employers?
2) Can this be avoided by mentioning her work experience in personal history section rather than in work history section?
