Has anybody from AOR Dates -March 7 ,8,9 got PPR,I see some applications from mid/late march processed,back ground check (IP1) in progress since March 29 no updates after that..

My aor 6 march
No updates yet after BG check went from ip1 to NA

don't worry bro , i am also from 8th March AOR CEC in and one more guy with same Profile
BG never changed after medicals . some dum asss is working on our profile

Same here...nothing has changed since 3/28 when the status changed to IP1

do you know where your file is ? I think the officer just doesn't bother to do any status updates. We may not have any updates until PPR.

Same here. 8 March AOR FSW Outland. BG status NA since May 5.

Hello Prashant,
Thanks for your analysis. For step2, the message shown on EE is "Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check." right? This message does not indicate IP1. Is my understanding correct?
Could you please add the exact message displayed in the submitted profile for each of the steps below? I'm really having a hard time understanding the BG phases.

After analysis of GCMS notes, I found below steps happens after each change in Background Check Status.

1. Not Needed
   • Medical - Not Passed or In-Progress
2. Next Step Background Check (Not Started)
   • Medical is passed.
   • Criminality is not started or Criminality is in progress i.e. Validity of PCC.
3. Not Applicable
   • Medicals and Criminality checks are passed.
   • R10 is OK i.e. All police certificates, PA ECA report verified, Spouse Education, Age review is completed.
   • Security & Eligibility checks are not started
4. In Progress (It happens twice - 1st at Analyst level and 2nd at Officer Review level)
   • Security checks are in progress i.e. Historical data is getting verified
   • Eligibility checks are in progress i.e. Employment documents & other eligibility checks
5. Approved/Passed
   • It only changes when PPR is issued.
