Thank you for posting this.
I have a question regarding step 4. The first "In Progress" happens before Step 3 followed by "Not Applicable" and then second "In Progress".
My question is what happens in first "In Progress" step? Maybe our application is checked by an analyst. The same analyst perhaps also conducts the R10 check. Once that is done, the analyst marks the application as Not applicable until our application is again picked up by an Officer for a review which is when it goes into "In Progress" again. This means both security and eligibility checks are done twice. What do you think?
As per number of GCMS notes of various categories, trend is similar to what I have written before. Also, in many GCMS, I have noticed that eligibility is passed whereas later it is changed to not started.
However, no one knows exactly what actual trend or process CIC follows.
I just passed my medicals (AOR March 30th, FSWO). I have been also requested to fill the Schedule A form for missing to include activity for the period 2008/07 - 2008/9 in Personal History.
For statistics:
FSWO
AOR March 29
Medicals passed May 31
BG check: not applicable...
I noticed that mostly BG changes to IP the same day with the medicals, mine didnt (( what does that might mean?
Are you CEC?
Most of the ppl got their meds cleared within days of AOR.
Sometimes the status does not update, but the officer would have cleared your med.

Thank you for that. According to my GCMS, I think that there are two eligibility checks at least for CEC.
1.Eligibility (Candidate)
2.Eligibility
They pass 1 at the same time when your medical passes. And the eligibility is changed to Not Started(in GCMS, you cannot see this online) which means the 2nd eligibility assessment has not started yet. And in a later stage probably during NA or IP2, they checks the 2nd eligibility.
1 is more like checking whether your score is sufficient based on the factors in your profile.
2 is to check the actual supporting documents are valid and can support each of the factors in your profile.
