What would be the best time for ordering Notes? Its almost 6 months for my application

It is like someone's " JANAM KUNDLI"
Notes an immigration officer makes on the progress of your application as it gets reviewed each times and information is requested.
Getting your file is fairly straight forward, but you will have to pay $ 5 if you are requesting CAIPS/CGMS notes for your spouse, and they are not residing in Canada.

Alhaamdolillah PPR received today.

My wife has to send passport to Islamabad high commission.
Is it important to send through Visa office in Lahore or she can send herself through courrier service from Bahwalpur.
It will be difficult to go to lahore, submit the documents then come back rather sending through TCS directly.

If she can send directly then what is the address? i have P O Box 1042 addrss ( is it ok).

Did you get DM on ECAS before or direct PPR today?
Before or after interview, did you get additional document request?

Yes it is important to send passport through VFS, you cannot courier directly to the Canadian High Commission -Islamabad.

Your wife must drop & pick passport from Lahore VFS.

And yes your wife will have to visit the VFS in Lahore to drop off / pick up her Passport. You can't directly send it through any other courier service.

Ecas is still IN Process. No change

I got remedical request as additional document request nothing else.

Is it possible that any one else go to Visa office Lahore to submit and collect the passort instead of my wife.

I also have applied for proof of citizenship of my kids in Islamabad hogh commission and i have sent the application package directly though post office. is it correct?
