After the weird and unexpected 63rd/64th rounds that only invited applicants from PNP and Federal Skilled Trades Program. Let's hope that the 65th round will bring us better news.
Round 65 will be a regular round and most likely will happen on 31/May with a CRS score = 412 (+/-1)
The reason it won't go down more is because that recently the number of
candidates with score over 411 added per day have been
increasing , the average over the last month or so is
around 240/day .

They will continue to take around 3600, but for the next round I added the 143 they took from PNP in this round to simplify my calculation, instead of counting 63 as a full round.
It has to be 405....for sure...it will come down till 400.
