Don't they take cases sequence wise? October applicants aren't being given any update and they are dealing with November ones already? I am very worried now :'(

Seems not.. We (Oct Applicants) r stuck with out any update..

Guys those who are feeling that they haven't heard from lvo in more than 6-8 months please email them and ask for a status update.

It worked in my case..even though they told me that my case was in queue for review, I think my email woke them up and I got ppr 12 days after my email.

For Spousal immigration
It asks for divorce certificates, do we need to submit original or a photocopy?
Earlier they used to ask for education documents of principle application but now I dont see this, have they made a change?
Earlier they used to ask for medical before submitting application, now I dont see mentioned in forms. Looks like they will ask to do medical later. Is this correct? If yes is there an advantage and possibility of doing medical after a month of submitting application and informing them?

My application is filed on 15 novmber 2016...during last 6 months my PR status shows INPROCESS ...no update mo comments no e-maik...Is there any way i can contact with visa office ...and if i contact them through e-mail for further documents such as new pics new bills and tickets of my wife during her visit to me ...is it good for our case or not to contact them

Can anyone help. When my sponsor check the status on On Line Services, it shows that " We sent you some correspondence on May 26" but still neither we see any message on my linked application nor received any email.
Same showing on my spouse "we sent you correspondence on May 24" ,but she did not see any msg or doc request on her linked application , nor she received any email from them.
My question why they updated on our accounts if CIC still did not sent any thing. When should We expect to receive these both letters which on line status showing

Yes it is always good to send them visit proofs.
Send them tickets, boarding passes, pics etc at the following address:

Yes it is always good to send them visit proofs.
Send them tickets, boarding passes, pics etc at the following address:

Please follow the present checklist and forget about the earlier versions.

Provide original where mentioned, other than that all will be certified copies.

It is not possible to do an upfront medical anymore. You will need a request letter from CIC to proceed with a medical and you will receive that after submission of your application.
