Hey all....we are finely relocating back to Canada after finalizing our commitments here in Dubai. Does anyone have any recommendations / warnings for moving companies here in Dubai? We're thinking to use ISS Worldwide Movers...any good / bad experiences out there? Any other generic lessons that can be passed on? Praying everyone who is still waiting will have the same question soon!!!

Congratulations Shine,
hope everyone a good news very soon
since we passed our deadline for the mentioned processing time i have sent them an email. they replied back with the following as usual.
Your application is currently subject to statutory requirements, including background checks. These requirements must be satisfied before an applicant may be granted permanent resident status. We are currently conducting certain background investigations.
As these are conducted by outside agencies, we are not in a position to determine when your application will be finalized. We will not be asking for new medicals at this time, until we receive results from these background checks.
But this time in red ... like they threaten me not to send them email again otherwise they will never finalize the F application. As per the ATIP my husband passed the eligibility since April 2016. What stopped them to start background check ?. My next step is the immigration minister. these people are taking their damn salaries from my tax they have to work with integrity for everyone.

This is what we received from them yesterday
"Your application is currently subject to statutory requirements, including background checks. These requirements must be satisfied before an applicant may be granted permanent resident status. We are currently conducting certain background investigations.

We can appreciate that you anxiously awaiting news about your application. Please rest assured that we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
Once your application is finalized, you will receive an email. If your application is approved, the email will give instructions on how to re-submit your passport for the issuance of the visa.
Sincerely,"

How does it show 17 on her UAE ID
Is the date of birth different on the ID?
You don't need to submit her UAE ID, only the passport and a copy of her residents permit on her passport
Hi there, I am a Canadian Citizen currently living in Canada, I applied out land sponsorship for my husband on March 22,2017 in Mississauga office. My husband lives in Bahrain. They received our application, sent medical request for my hubby and approval letter to me in April stating that I eligible to sponsor my hubby and they will hold our application untill we provide Background declaration form (IMM5669) and they will request it within 5 business days. Untill now no request to upload it. Our application is stuck here and not moving to abu dhabi office for further processing. Please help me out what should i do now?
How your husband got the medical request ? By mail, email or cic account ?
