Hello guys I am thinking to withdraw my profile reason: I want to change my current job i applied using LMIA points in FSW category for pr purpose only.
With out LMIA i will be at 417 and recent draws are at 415. So if i withdraw my profile will i get my money back ? i paid around 1000 for two application.

Mostly R10 would be done by now. Your security and eligibility might have been taken up now if you are CEC / if not then wait for another month or two.
I just got a mail about my husband's USA police certificate was not submitted but it was. We have sent the FBI report along with our local (JAMAICA) report in the application.
In the letter they said that I resided 6 months or more in the USA but that was for my husband as he is my other person on the application
I just found that my background checked has been moved from "Not applicable" to "Background check in progress"
AOR: 23 March
Medicals Passed: 1 May
Background check in progress: 1 May
Background check change to "Not Applicable": 16 May
Background check in progress: 24 May
Can u please suggest:
1) What is the current stage of background check ?
2) How much time does "PPR" request take from this stage

Hi @Mann18, do you know what process has been done when BG changes from NS to NA? Mine has remained as "The next step is to conduct background check" since early April, don't know when it will change to NA.
