I am at 407 and yesterday I got Noi for Ontario. Now, please suggest what will be the best to do - wait for next Cutoff or move ahead with Noi.
My NOC is 1123.

congratulations! i would suggest you wait for couple of more draws. you are bound to get a direct ita in max 2 draws. all the best

No police certificates and medicals for OINP, they will be needed for post ITA application, but I suggest to get them done if you expect ITA soon as they take time
