The sudden action might be result of Pilot project actually being Predictive analytics.
The reason why UK applicants are not getting same treatment is simple, "it is a pilot project with limited subjects".

Speaking of London Pilot Project,
Have you guys heard of "Predictive Analytics".

while we are here thinking that LVO has not touched our files lately, system will be categorizing "low risk" and "high risk" category, then those with "low risk" tag will get PPRs or even PRs very soon.

I'm not sure, but this might explain London Pilot Project.

I got my 2nd set of GCMS notes recently. I noticed few changes mentioned below.

• They assigned me to a group named "London_Fact".. What is London Fact?

Eligibility Assessment:
Previously due date was 2017/11/07, now changed to 2017/04/15.. What does "due date" mean?

Previously page 17 held under 16(1)(c)... this time page 20 held under the same section

In notes by officer: no status changed: File held for LPP.

Content of the letter should be unique and straight forward.

Mention your file number in the beginning & date of application received & write your query.

Applied in oct 2016. File transferred to London office in November. Re medical done on 15th march and results forwarded on 17th march by IOM. Still waiting. Anyone from oct Nov file ? Thanks howxmuch more time they need after medical

Dear, there is no sample. As i mentioned previously write your file number in the beginning, date of application received & then write your query or whatever you want to ask them. content should be straightforward.

It means an officer was supposed to review eligibility or part of the eligibility review process by 15-Apr-2017.
