Current. All the current rejections were 55-60 days from AOR.

I got mine rejected after 74 days. My medicals were passed for 22 days when the application got rejected. So Medical pass is not to be considered s safe stage from rejection

Of course not. You are PNP so processing time differs? Im referring on trends for FSW Otland.

I lived in DRC 22 years ago. The PCC I got was not the correct one. IRCC requires " Extrait de Casier judiciare " but I got certificate of good conduct that the embassy issued. The application was actually cancelled as incomplete, not refused. so I was able to re-apply once got the correct PCC. for that I had to get an new Profile and wait for another ITA.

You may be right. The timeline for those two streams are not comparable. But who knows? Strange things happen. Just sharing my experience.

I have recently sent a CSE with original document scans which i had earlier sent certified true copies of. In case they don't accept those documents they may refuse my application as well and i wanted to know if I can get my province to renominate me under a new profile.

Yes they did.
I had to contact them and request it once I created a new profile.
They requested the New Profile No ( letter which begins with the phrase “Thank you for submitting your Express Entry profile”.) and the job seeker No.
They needed also the letter of rejection to tell the the reason of that happening.
It took 48 hours in my case.
Then I had to accept the nomination and wait for an ITA to reapply
