A few days before I think someone mentioned in fb group that they emailed to trudo and immigration minister about delaying of casses. I think in the response they started processing fast

hi guys, i need some help.

So I applied for my husband's sponsorship on July 28,2016. We got a re-medical request on May 4, 2017 and the medical was submitted on May 10. Today we received the passport request.
In the request letter there is the link below which explains (list) what needs to be submitted with the passport.

• The passport request letter you received from IRCC
• Any applicable visa application centre (VAC) fees, such as passport transmission fees, courier fees etc.
• Your contact information, including your email, phone number and return address
• The VAC consent forms”

Can someone please explain what VAC consent forms are and as well as what is meant by applicable visa application centre (VAC) fees, such as passport transmission fees, courier fees etc.

This is your passport request. I got mine today.
There are no consent forms. VAC will take your passport and send to canadian high commission in islamabad. and then back to VAC. so they charge you fees for it. 1500 rupees including sms service.
