Am just asking if it s normal to recieve only the electronique mail of confirmation once i submited, i don t know if there is an aor to wait for, that s my questions actually. did you recieve an Aor ? or that electronic automatic message s the AOR? am not complaining!

Me too... my third set of notes arrived yesterday evening.

A11.2 met and the file was transferred to SPVO the following day! Did you see if your file was transferred too? You need to look a few pages before the notes/comments on the paper file history section.

Hmm...don't know...some logs say "Centralized Intake Office", others read "Sao Paulo". Were you looking in the "ACTIVITY" section?

Also I got a whole page redacted under section 16(1)(c) on my ASSOCIATIONS (section) - Organization and Entities (sub section). Do you have anything like this? I've discovered that this means I'm under investigation for something... No idea what though... Perhaps my first company that I worked for as they are in trouble with the law I think... Guess I'll never know!

Most of that section is blank for me also. Actually, I just noticed the "section 16(1)(c)" stamp on the upper right corner. Might be a standard thing. Maybe they're checking if we belong to some kind of criminal organization, but they don't want people to know what organizations they're investigating? Just a guess.

Just before the Comments section there is a in the "Paper File Transfer History" section. Look at the FIRST 1) comment (which should be the latest) and that will say where you file is now. ;-)

No, not everyone does. Typically if you've answered the online form well and without gaps and did not answer YES to any of the STATUTORY questions you shouldn't get asked for a Sched A form.

Thanks for the clarification. I got one too, not because of gaps as such but probably because I had my education and work experience considerably overlapping (distance learning + local qualification + work in tandem, etc). Submitted an LOE this time to clarify what was going on there.

My company went through a merger last month and now has a different company name. Is this something that I should be updating IRCC with (AOR: 12 Jan)?
If yes, how do I go about doing that?

My timeline below:
Category > PNP- Outland - FSW
AOR > 12 Jan
Medical Passed > 14 Feb
BG NN to NA > 7 MAR
No changes since 7 Mar
