Too bad. If you have a Henry's lose to where you reside, take the photographs there. They do a great job and have excellent customer service.

Well I went to take new set of pictures and I took the old ones that I submitted just to make sure that I don't end up getting the same one since as per cic email it's incorrect . The photographer also wondered what's wrong with the old picture since they have taken plenty of PR pictures and it's exactly the same size with the dates and the address of photo studio stamped at the back of the photographs with my details. It's like a puzzle none of us could solve. Strange thing is as per the specification my old picture that I submitted is exactly of the same size , same background with no smiling and all the instructions followed. I seriously wonder what's wrong with it but what to do? You got to do what you got to do so I am going to post them tomorrow and hopefully I won't get anymore strange request.

I just saw that in the 2016 Inland Spousal Applications thread and was wondering if I missed a post of you telling us.

Again Congrats Sylvain!!! Very happy for you and the Mrs. This will be best Summer ever.

We look forward to hearing about the landing appointment in QC on May 26th.

I agree with berylia, you should not let her status expire. You probably could apply either to extend her visitor status (if she is not working) or to extend the OWP. I don't know at all regarding the cost, we didn't apply for the OWP, my wife is on a student visa. Hopefully, someone will be able to provide you a more complete answer.

Thank you! Where are you landing? If it's not Montréal or Etobicoke, you might land in May as well. For Montréal we were told 8 weeks by cic; in fact it will be 9.5 weeks after DM.

in our case we got lucky we got dm and landing interview date at the same time on april 21 2017 where my hubby did his landing interview on April 28 instead of waiting we got it asap

August 12th, 2015; so it will be a bit more than 21 months for us.

I am sure you are relaxed now and don't have to wait and to move forward in life thats a great feeling I bet. I wanted to check how far and how much time it will take them to start working on December 2015 Applications as mine was from December 2015. As per the application progress excel sheet seems like it will take them at least August to start working on December applications. If they can do faster that would be great or else still in the waiting game.

Hi everyone. I am a March 2015 applicant. Received SA in June 2016, AIP in December 2016. Haven't heard anything since. Called the call centre. They say there are some pending security checks. They couldn't tell how long it will take. 26 months are already over. Any help is greatly appreciated.

They are on Dec applicants now. As mine started Dec 8 and got my first landing appointment March 17 but we had to reschedule. (A little less than a month after Med was received)

So we got our Landing Appointment/ PR on May 2.
