No I am still waiting. I check it almost everyday basis and status is still Application Received. Does anyone else have any updates? I hope things speed up and they start processing sooner then later.

regarding the PCC from the age of 18 onwards, I believe that is unfair for the PGP class, where the most of applicants are more than 60. if we all go our respective MPs I guess CIC will reduce the requirement to last 10years.
Please advise, if my thought is rational or not

My mother is landing in Canada and I have created Quick Reference Guide for Punjabi Speaking Parents- Grand Parents Travel Guide to India- Canada. Hope it helps
I just received the call from CIC, and was told that they will issue the visa for my parents as long as I can guaranty my parents will land before July 16 ( their medical expire day). I just realize there is only 45 days to get Visa ( including sending passport to them and get back). Does any one have the experience with it? Thanks
my file was transferred to the LVO (Pretoria) in Jan-2017 and i have not heard anything yet.
I have sent the PCC in advance. no acknowledgement of receipt and no update on ecas.
What is the standard next step after the file is transferred? PCC and medical request?
