Spousal sponsorship

Hello,

So my husband is here in Canada as a refugee claimant, and me and him got married. So we started out sponsorship application process. Before 7 years ago he got deported back to his home country from Thailand.
Would that create a big issue right now for our sponsorship process?

My husband is sponsoring me and we applied for the same with OWP application as well but through a lawyer and he is taking care of everything and he sends us all the emails what he receives.
So
Sent the app package:26th March,17
Received by CIC: 28th March,17
Received AOR : 11th April,17
Received an another email to send the Schedule A and police certificate:18th April,17
Received the same by CIC : 22nd april,17

The lawyer says he got the confirmation that they reveived it as he choose to send it via mail.

I am really waiting for my OWP so that i can start working as its really difficult to sit like this at home after working in uae for 10-12 hours everyday.

Can you please help me by letting me know how mucb more time they will take approximately and are there any more formalities left before they send the OWP?

Please I really need help with my application issue.
I have received an incomplete form request from CIC and ask me to send the Background A IMM5669 and Family information IMM5406 to them in Jan. I have submitted on time and got the received confirmation from Case specific Center on 09 Feb.2017.
But now I have received a totally same request asking for the same incomplete form after 4 month .I am so confusing if I still did anything wrong(which i don't think so) or if they didn't received my supplementary documents which i provided last time.
Anybody who knows how to solve this problem ?Thanks a lot .

Make sure you don't have any gaps. No months at all can be left out

They are asking me to submit Schedule A form, do i have to submit only my form(PA) or my spouse also(Sponsor)?

They know your spouse. Only you. The principal applicant

CIC online tool status : "We sent you correspondence on May 10, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible".

What I have to do in this case? any help or advice...

In Schedule A, shall I write my parents name as shown in their passport, name and middle name?

There is a technical problem with My CIC hence a lot of people haven't received the requests that CIC has sent. If you go through the March 2017 Outland thread you will see that many applicants have faced this same issue. Send it to them immediately.

Use the latest version of the Schedule A, It should say Jan 2017 on the bottom left corner of the page. It is available on the CIC website.

Landed after 15 mos. Had to resent additional payment when we missed $100 for OWP. IRCC requested for RCMP clearance even though it was sent with my application. Sent a letter with documents provided.

I would recommend keeping all receipt (parcel etc.) and Sponsor and Applicants checklist on a separate sheet of paper. If you have to re-send a document (mail) keep a copy of the reciept and re-send the requested document online as well thru Case Specific Inquiry.

Med request and Med received after 3 days.

No interview and No DM letter. COPR was sent and we had to reschedule twice due to my partners holiday.

Landed which only took 5 mins.

Some roads might be rough but we always get through it. Thank you everyone and lets continue to support our fellow future immigrants.

Just got an email that all our documents are being sent to the embassy in Warsaw Poland. Does anyone know how long does it take from the moment your local office get your papers to the momemnt they issue the Permanent Resident Card?

Use the latest version of the Schedule A, It should say Jan 2017 on the bottom left corner of the page. It is available on the CIC website.

It says IMM 5669 (01-2017) E on the bottom left corner on every page. So should be correct.
