Do you have any proof to back this up? Are you aware off any case where ANY Immigration Officer sent ANY person back. Are you aware off Mobility Right?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Section_6_of_the_Canadian_Charter_of_Rights_and_Freedoms

6. (1) Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada.

(2) Every citizen of Canada and every person who has the status of a permanent resident of Canada has the right

a) to move to and take up residence in any province; and
b) to pursue the gaining of a livelihood in any province.

(3) The rights specified in subsection (2) are subject to

a) any laws or practices of general application in force in a province other than those that discriminate among persons primarily on the basis of province of present or previous residence; and
b) any laws providing for reasonable residency requirements as a qualification for the receipt of publicly provided social services.

(4) Subsections (2) and (3) do not preclude any law, program or activity that has as its object the amelioration in a province of conditions of individuals in that province who are socially or economically disadvantaged if the rate of employment in that province is below the rate of employment in Canada.

PLEASE DO NOT SPREAD MISINFORMATION !!!
The law you quoted applies to those who are already residing in Canada as PR, for those who will be arriving as QSW with visa on hand are technically NOT yet PR of Canada thus, the CBSA or any immigration officer at the point of entry (airport) has the right to question the intention and denies their entry if they found out that you actually don’t have the intention to reside in Quebec. Wanna try it? Because I am 100% sure that if the CBSA finds out in airport that you have no intention to reside in Quebec (QSW) you will be sorry... :-* :-* :-*

Hey All,

Currently I am living in Canada as open work permit holder till 2018 September. I applied for PR application June 2016. I received my CSQ April 2016, I am married(January 2017) after I applied for PR ,so I have to get CSQ for my wife. And also include her in PR file. I did follow both steps. I included my wife in CSQ application as accompanying member. And told federal about martial status change, now I am in doubt if I should include her as non-accompanying or accompanying ?

I will get my wife's csq in 6 to 8 months. Maybe early next year.
When I told Federal about my martial status change they ask to submit all documents in 30 days including my wife's CSQ. (Thats not possible as MIDI does take atleast 8 months).
Now after adding my wife in CSQ application and points changed by immigration Quebec, i doubt that I will receive csq for her. Even if received her csq it will take more than 8 months. This can impact my current PR application if i include her as accompanying member.

What will be safest option. ?

Should I add her as non-accompanying as not sure about csq. If yes , will I get my PR without her CSQ ? how long it can be delayed because of my wife's security and background check. ? In mean time if I get CSQ then I can add her as accompanying and give CSQ to federal. Else after getting my PR I can apply as family class.

Should I add her now as accompanying and wait for csq and submit csq when I get it and get PR same time with me.

Please help.

Thanks,
Tirth

Hi please HELP ME!

The translator did the wrong translation of AOT of my bachelor's degree from the original to English and I wrote it in my Mon projet application before, the meaning still similar but the translated title is not precisely the same as the original. :-[

Should I send the new corrected translation to MIDI or the one which I mentioned in my application?
Is this lead to my application reject/refuse or any misrepresentation? :(

Dear All,
I am planning to apply for QSW skilled worker program. I assessed my self on PEI and passed the preliminary evaluation. I am confuse about many things while filling up the application form.

1. How will i show the legality of work? i am working for a private sector organization. i have tax card, i have payment receipt for the tax year, letter from tax office (tax payer certificate). I don't know which one is right? i have also worked in UK and have P60 tax form for an year and also have work permit. Which one can i send with the application form??
2. They are asking for Photocopy documents at few places, do we have to attest those photo copy documents as well??

Please help me out with these questions? its so confusing.

Regards
Yasir
