Hello all!
Our application was submitted end of February, and we got the AoR and the request for a schedule A and police certificate. So my wife has linked the application in order to upload the police certificate, only when we go to the messages, we don't see a request to upload anything. Does the request show up online later? I thought it would be there right away, because we already have a deadline for this document. Are we missing something? Where do we go to upload our documents?
Looks like so many of us are in the same boat .. they says they sent the correspondence on march 11th but i see nothing in my account ..i called this morning and they just told to submit a technical issue report ... no idea whats happening ..

same with me! for schedule A, do we need to fill out for the sponsor as well? or is it just for the principal applicant? i have 1 dependant, but he is 9 years old and i declared him non-accompanying. will I fill out a form for him as well? i'm still figuring out how to upload the docs. ???

You can upload the documents using IRCC web form. Please use the below link, put all your info and upload the document.

Thank you! I just did it. Other than the document they requested, I added my sponsor's 2016 T4 copies since it was not available at the time we sent the application. I only sent a 2015 Option C for proof of income with our application. Considering I am a 2017 applicant, I figured they would ask me for a 2016 Option C but since CRA has not yet assessed our tax return yet, I sent the copies of the T4 for now. I hope it would be ok. Better safe than sorry.

2015 Option C would be good enough as it is too early for the 2016 one. It won't hurt though even if you added the T4. Hope you get the SA soon
