I have the same case as your. The online status for Principle Applicant will only show your Fathers name but when you check your status under "Sponsorship Application Status" it will show your Fathers name and your mothers name as dependant.

For Quebec sponsors who are waiting an answer from MIDI, i applied to MIDI on June 29 and didnt get a response yet. I called them this morning and they checked and found my application is still in process and the agent said they opened the application on July 7th (By the time the cc got charged) and its 4-6 weeks from that date.

For those of you worried about parents with high blood pressure or diabetes, my parents just passed their medical exam. My dad has type 2 diabetes and hypertension. He had to do additional tests for his medical exam including an ECG, echocardiogram, fundoscopy, and additional diabetes testing. The specialist report stated that there is less than 1% chance of him needing dialysis or kidney transplant in the next five years, so he is well below the excessive demand threshold. The additional tests were $700 on top of the regular medical exam fee. I just logged onto their MyCIC account and it says medical exam passed.

I guess remove PO Box No and it will be selivered as it is a famous and well known institution.

Got my application returned from MIDI due to the missing signature on the payment form. My bad...
