SOWP and Study Permit extension 2024

Hi, We are planning to apply for the SOWP and Study permit extension. Our permits are expiring in Sept 2024. Spouse is currently completing one-year diploma program and she got enrolled into 2nd program that starts in Fall/Sept 2024.

Q- Does the new rules impact spouse open WP extension?
Q- Can we apply for both SOWP and Study permit Extension?
