Hi Everyone,
I received a letter that they sent my parents file to Mississauga Office, they requested Biometrics and Medical and a CV and military records as soon as possible.

My question is that is this letter enough for my parents to go with it for Biometric at the visa office or for the medical check?

Also how should I link the application to the IRCC account to see the status ??

I really appreciate your help.

Hello all,

I recently received letter from IRCC for Proof of Relationship (SPR)... for me (the sponsor). Downloaded the application to double check what we submitted. It includes my marriage certificate (husband/wife relationship status) as well as my birth certificate (mother/daughter relationship status). Do they need something notarized instead?
Any insight would be appreciated!

I initially gave only Birth Certifcate but when later they asked for the relationship proof again then again gave Birth Certificate and Marriage certificate. Speicifically mentioned they are originally issued in English so no translation required but notarized them anyway and send it to them via email. :) Also gave an explanation that currently they don't issue these in native languages anymore so all are in English.

I know a person whose mom received PPR this morning, after completing medicals on Jan 28th. Roughly June 1st week of 2024 submitted PGP 2024 application. Do not have more details

Hi Everyone ;

I received the ITA for my parents' PR on 21 May 2024 and submitted my application on 1 August 2024.
There was no communication from CIC, and suddenly, on 2nd April 2024, they returned my application without reason. I'm not sure why.
Has something similar happened to anyone else ? What should I do in this situation?
I satify all the cirteira for tha application and do not understand the reason for return....also it states that i cannot resubmit the application as the date for submission has passed.

Please advice

Are you sure you applied on the 1st? Were you in Canada? Time differences can become an issue. You can order GCMS notes. Have you been living in Canada since 2018?

Hi! newbie here. i’m trying to link my parent’s application to myCIC but i can’t. any tips? i tried putting different numbers on family size but nothing worked. tia
