Didn’t you opted for courier service ? I didn’t opted for courier and still waiting for passport to reach local VFS.
Btw which VFS location is urs ?

It’s not holiday for VFS today, if you are able to chat with live agent which i did few mins ago then it’s not holiday for them. Also, I don’t see that in their holiday calendar. Since it was weekend they didn’t receive our passport. By afternoon they should have it I guess.
