So after 72 days have elapsed, eligibility and background check are still under process.

Check updates on tracker not on portal
@ahad_ali I check for updates by logging in to my IRCC secure account. Is the Tracker something different?

Yeah thats a very bad situation I am also sending web forms they replied me twice stating further background checks are happening on your file and we can't give any timeframe to on when it will be completed. And now they even stopped replying to web forms also. Have no idea what to do where to go.
