Do we need to give BLS Form 7 acknowledgement as well while submitting OCI forms or just undertaking for Voter ID & Ration card surrender will work for OCI application?

Just the undertaking. I filled form 7 after submitting oci documents, wasn't a problem.

Hello all, I received my OCI card and noticed that printed texts of my information at the bio pages were misaligned. The texts were slightly below the blank space so some of the information were merging on top of the heading itself. Any one on the same boat? I sent an email to CGI.

i dont think this will make problem. better to get email from them for proof that you contacted on this

Will giving the signed declaration for Voter ID surrender work for OCI application or does BLS need Form 7 acknowledgement as well for submitting OCI forms?

thing is they will ask randomly. BLS doesnt have any default process., 1 person will ask it is required. another one will day not required. BLS questions are nowadays pure luck

OCI Status hasn't been updated but BLS now shows (Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping).

Maybe check yours too!

No i didnt get any updates after that. 5 days time to receive the oci to toronto. We might stuck up on on this long weekends.

for minors, Self Declaration for surrender of Indian Voter ID and Ration Card should be signed by both parents ?

Yes I had done the same for minor child submitted by post to BLS toronto and now It shows under-process on OCI portal

Any idea how long it takes for OCI to reach Toronto, once it shows a date for the Dispatched from MEA section? Mine shows a date of 7 Feb as Dispatched from MEA. However, when I search in BLS, it still shows under process.

Mine was dispatched by courier today. No update on OCI status. Check BLS. Mine was dispatched from MEA on February 6th.
