Got biometrics request in feb 2023
And received this message today
I live in Toronto and i applied online,processing office is Mississauga

If you live outside of Quebec and applied in September 2023 you should get your pr by October 2025. Processing time is now 26 months. It’s not hundred percent but usually like this.

i just came across this too! this isnt good news for applications it seems like. But for future applicants it might be better since they will take less applications so faster processing?
