I agree it's a bit worrisome, more about the whole suspense that it causes. But if your husband had any concerning health issues that they would deny (High maintenance conditions, tuberculosis, etc.), you two would be aware as well.

My best guess would be that, the X-ray was properly taken and they refused due image quality, so had to take another one.

Regardless, I'm sending good vibes for you all too! Hope this gets sorted out and you get approved!

Last time I called, IRCC told me my background check hadn't started. The CanadaPost strike and holidays probably did not help.

Detailed CV and military records

Do you have any military records ? Thats weird because my understanding was that asking for CV and military records means undergoing extensive security screening or something along those lines.

A bit more than 2 years ago I applied for WP. About my military records: I think the thing is that in my country military service is mandatory, and they wanted to get either military records or proof that I’m exempt.

New update on my dossier:
Submitted: July 25
October 21: Biometric done
November 28: medical passed ,
January 6: I am asked for Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) and CV.
January 7: Sent the documents.
Has anyone else received a similar request from IRCC? I’m a bit concerned as to why they’ve asked me to resubmit the background form.
