Thank you very much!
That means the official expected time is not that valuable for reference. But how do I know my VO and the officer who is checking my profile? because my case is not really complex. I never travelled to another country, had no crime record, and stayed in Canada for a long time. should process fast but the fact is the case is stagnant.
You can call IRCC and ask about VO. But in reality many factors affect your application, e.g. you nationality or whether there is a hit in a database on your name, both of which can significantly affect the length of security screening for example
That was super fast congratulations. I wonder how is it possible to do security, criminality, info sharing, and all these checks in a matter of 15 says tho?

I'm quite surprised myself too, I do believe there's something to do with my work permit renewal, that was happening in parallel (Applied in June, 3 months before my PR application)
Since they took forever to give me the extension, I believe all the info that they needed within background check and such, was already there. But I really don't know.
I received my P2 the day after receiving my P1. I assume that since I have a Portal account with the same email as my IRCC account, they don't need to create a new account or send me login details to upload the photo.

my question is this I got an email I replied it with my spouse information who is in canada with me
but my husband applied visitor in 2017 from my home country and the visitor visa lawyer also get same P1 for my spouse only , should my spouse also replied this email or no need of it as I included information in my P1
If you have dependents, the letter says that is up to you to decide if you use the same email or separate. And if the latter, you should explicitly do.
