Biometric request: 04 Dec 2024

AOR not received, medical request not received yet.
Initial application was submitted on 05 Oct but was returned on 04 Nov due to a missing document translation, so submitted on 05 Nov again. Application was submitted on PR application portal but it's not linked to a GCkey account yet. Please guide if delay in medical request letter is normal after biometric? Biometrics request was received on email 04 Dec, but letter had the date as 03 Dec 2024.

Are these the default messages in gckey portal? Or these two process are in process??
I tried application tracker but it doesn't show any information. Please guide.
