I sent my passport on 10 December, but still there’s no update.

i suggest to return the package to your address. I just ask them to return the package. it is delivered to UPS store not IRCC.

I sent my passport on 5th of December and no updates yet however UPS mistakenly delivered to Operations Support Center instead of Temporary Resident Visa Section.

I don't know tried contacting them and told the IRCC the whole scenario. They are like application is under review and no action is required from my end. They don't even confirm if Operations support center has it or not?

If IRCC told you that you passport is in queue then they will send you your passport as soon as stamp get done.

They didn't say it's in queue, they only said that my application is under review and did not confirm about my passport. Don't know what shall I do in this situation it's already over a month now.

You should ask them to tell you clearly that they have your passport at CPC Ottawa or not.

I have asked them multiple times through call and webforms but they never say anything about my passport.
