Hello guys, is everyone here have a same situation like me. My dependant daughter who was attending grade 10 right now. And I received a letter from the school last Oct. 03 that they want to remove my daughter this coming 0ct 15, if I can't provide them my Permanent Residency. There reason is its been a long time that I don't have a status. Which I applied 3rd times in H&C but got refused. Now preferring for the 4th application. Is there anyone here knows what to do so that my daughter still continue her school. While waiting for my application.

This is what I have done in past -

involved MP and they gave me a reference for one of the School division trustee that they knew she is good to deal with

contact them and they have powers to overwrite school if needed in a certain situation

A child under 18 who is claiming refugee status, or who has no status in Canada:

• does not need a study permit from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and
• does not need to pay fees to attend elementary or secondary school.

Every child has the right to study and for free until grade 12 or secondary five in Quebec (secondaire 5) even if he doesn't have a status.
You can also apply for a study permit for your child using IMM5709, application number 5552 or you can apply for a TRP/Study permit

The first link updated in August the second link is updated in June this year does it mean can NoT send more than one application? I mean if you get refused you aren’t allowed to submit second application?
