I just don’t understand why your JR got refused yiu got pretty strong ground.

My Ist application did not included proper cover letter. After refusal, I sent proper cover letter and submitted more evidence. File was re opened and again refused.

We know JR has very low approval rates. It was refused too.

Try calling IRCC and get an update on your file or get your MP involved to get an update on your file.

No it does not.

IRCC officer solely make there decission as per the client application. The only thing MP do is to get in contact with officer and ask for the latest update on the file.

I called IRCC. They said file assigned to an officer. Last week I called them, they didn’t say this. I hope finally they are working on it.

Seriously after 15 month now they assign the file to officer. That's a long time.

Just neet to ask you or anyone else can comment on that. I submmitted the file in July. It's an online application. Got the Biometric request as i paid biometrci fee alongwith application fee. Biometric given on 7th Aug but no AOR till date.
Does biometric request means the same as AOR or i should expect to receive AOR.

I have got separate emails for both AOR and biometrics. Received AOR before biometrics. And if you have application number on biometrics letter, it should be fine I believe, just double check please.

I do have application number on Biometric i am just wondering my lawyer might have received the AOR and he didn't share with me as my biometric request also directly sent to him.

Your lawyer may forget to send it to you. Online portal will always shows submitted until decision made. In online portal are you able to withdraw your application? I mean do you have an option for that or no?
