My VO is also Montreal, i guess its on a case to case basis, P2 was received Aug 30 for my dependent, and Sept 3 for me, P1 was Aug 20, Ecopr received Set 4.

Dont use option of application no, the PR card application no is different from PR application no

I tried and got the same resposnes( we found no applications), it Seems like I have to wait. I have my travel coming up first week of oct

I have "GOC - Service Canada" notification in my Canada Post MyMail. Is that the PR card?
I read somewhere that it's from "Canadian Note Company" or something.

its from service canada either your SIN or any other updates you request. for card its usually note/ or general mail.

You are right, it was SIN. So eagerly waiting for the PR card, unrealistic me took over my senses.
