I received the 1st email asking basic information on 2nd Aug and i did reply within 2 hours same day. I am still awaiting the 2nd email with the PR portal login credentials. The VO is Montreal, anyone knows the current wait time for 2nd email and is this normal.
Is there a way we can confirm or check this by calling them, any help would be great. As we have travel plans in Oct and receiving the CoPR and then PR cards is a must before that.

Absolutely. They are separate applications and processed independently. So it is very rare that they are mailed out on same day for all applicants., although not impossible to happen.
Today, I received my eCoPR, but I noticed that the place of birth was left blank in the document.
I called IRCC to inquire about it, and the agent confirmed that the missing information is available in my file (as presented in the passport). They also recommended that I submit an amendment form to avoid any potential future issues.
Has anyone else experienced missing information in their eCoPR?
