It's normal. It takes 3-4 weeks to get P2 email
My friends whose VO was etobicoke /calgary/ sydney said they got their P2 in 2 days or 5 max. Not sure why Montreal office takes so long.
Sure, there are some outliers. But expect to wait. The other offices are slow now as well
I am in same situation, I received p1 from same VO on 7th August still no P2.
It should roughly take 3 weeks from P1 if it's Montreal

Got P1 on Aug8, replied on Aug9.
Got p1 email on 29th august still waiting for p2 portal. Theres only one portal that we access correct? That’s when they create the account?
