Ppr is delaying for no reason

My timeline:
Visa application : 6th May
Medical updated: 20th May ( upfront medical )
Correspondence letter: 7th June

I already have a tourist visa for canada as I applied it in 2020 and I already have a visitors visa for this I did not get any Biometric letter or confirmation

I have no update since. My IRCC tracker got last updated on 11th june and there is study permit number, issued visa number and their expiry dates. My classes start from September 3rd and my flight was supposed to be on August 24th but I am not getting ppr or any kind of results even tho I raised multiple webforms.
Please help me to get out of this situation.

Where did you apply from? School/PAL? Having visitor visa is not relevant.

Same situation. Applied for NON SDS (Sept 24) on 23rd May. Biometrics already given for a visitor visa earlier. Study permit details updated on tracker on 11th June and also got the BVL. Since then no updates.

Did you also get correspondence on june 7th ? I found some guys who got correspondence on june 7th did not receive ppr

No I got it on June 10th. Even some people who applied near that date didn't get PPRs, SDS and Non SDS alike.

From Uzbekistan, Non SDS for masters and SOWP timeline

June 12 - Application submission
June 18 - Biometrics
June 27 - Medical passed for only student ( medical was upfront )
July 11 - Biometrics completed for both student and spouse


47 days passed, no update since July 11
