is there any difference between stamping of PR and Visitor Visa in terms of processing time?

Yes
In visitor visa u may get stemping passport in total 20 days
And in PR visa stemping we are facing time more than total more than month

Today, one person mentioned that he submitted his application on May 28th, and the processing started on May 30th. He received a message today, which means they are working on applications from May 30th.
You mentioned that your processing date is May 31st, so you should receive good news on Monday.
