BIOMETRICS REQUEST: June 21, 2024 for both Applicant and spouse (Dependant)

For now there's now other document requested. are all the documents that was submitted are already reviewed? is that Correct?
because based on the threads here they getting additional documents requested once AOR is received.


How long it will be before the medical exam?

Hi,
I submitted my application on Oct23,2023. Received AOR (from Mississauga CIC) on June 14 along with with a request for IMM5768. No other communication and I'm unable to link GCKey using any methods (name, file no. UCI etc.).

Anyone with similar experience? Thanks!!

Hello,

Since I have my AOR received June 20, 2024 and my application was sent November 24, 2023.

Based on the AOR i must submit a – IMM 5768 in case l still did not submit and that’s the only thing.

My question are,

Since They don’t ask for more documents or to correct application forms, means everything is correct on the documents and forms i submitted online?

What’s the timeline from AOR to Medical exam request?

They ask for what they need from you or what is missing in your file. For me they asked for other general submissions but not IMM1283

Applied for my parents in Dec 23, but didn’t pay for the biometrics fee at time of application. Received AOR May 18 2024. May 19 my parents received an email asking to pay biometrics fee but they didn’t see the email for a few weeks. Biometrics fee paid June 15.

How long does it take to get the biometrics instructions letter?

I just got the letter stating I am eligible to sponsor my parents , it also says that my file is forwarded to Vancouver immigration looking at my home address . It was earlier Mississauga. I heard someone saying Vancouver takes more time to process. Can someone please explain if they have experience that.

Hi I got biometric letter for my FIL. His passport is expiring in September and he already renewed his passport. CIC doesn't have his new passport.

On the biometric letter says that you must bring the following:
• a copy of this letter, and
• the passport or travel document that you referenced in your application.

What should we do now. Should we take both new and old passport for biometric.

How should I update CIC with new passport

Received Sponsor approval letter.

only things left to be done are now medical pass , decision made and COPR. Hopefully within couple months
