Hey guys! I’m just saw people on here says like eligibility letter or som. What’s that eligibility letter exactly? Can someone explain please? I’m 2023 November applicant and got an e mail it’s says ;

“It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence as
a Protected Person. Please note that a final decision will not be made until all remaining requirements
for becoming a permanent resident have been met. These requirements include medical, security and
background checks for you and, if applicable, your family members. You cannot become a permanent
resident until you and all your family members have met these requirements.”

Is it eligibility letter or what?

Are you having lawyer ? I’m applicants of nov 2023 I am having lawyer that’s why I’m not able to link with gc key account

Finally last night I sent form withdrawing My representative. Now I can check my file.
I spoke with her and it's true, at this point is not necessary a lawyer. That's why now I prefer to have access to My file.
