I need to travel to India urgently.
I see two options:
PRTD: I'm not sure how reliable it is to get it. I can wait for a couple of months.
Urgent Card processing request: I am unsure if anyone has ever made it work and what's the timeline like.

Any suggestion/info would be highly appreciated!

congrats on receiving your card. just to clarify, you received GU1 in the form of Final Decision made for the PR Card only in 5 days or GU1 date is a typo?

After 5 days status of the application change to Final Decision: Your application is in progress...
 
Hello all! so my PR photo was rejected last Tuesday (eCOPR is May 8), and I've uploaded a new one, but so far, there has been no response. Has anyone experienced this before and knows how long it will take for IRCC to approve it again?
