Yeah also there is a call back option you press number one and type your number when your waiting time comes they will call you back.

The actual approval comes when you receive the official Confirmation of Permanent Residence.

Hi everyone, when I filed second HC processing times at that time was 17 months, today CIC updated processing times to 26 months. Does that mean I should wait 26 months from the date I filed application or 17 months?
