Turkey Visa on RTD

I am a PR through refugee with a refugee travel document and want to visit Turkey.
Has anyone tried applying for a Turkish visa recently that can tell me approximately how long it took them to get their travel document back with the visa on it?

I have an appointment on June 21 but it says processing time is between 5 and 8 weeks and I have a work travel on July 16, so I am afraid to put my travel document for visa processing it takes a long time and I do not have my RTD back before my work travel.

Any information or advice would be highly appreciated.

Actually this was my second time and applied before summer normally summer time is a little bit crowded on visa office and the visa is available for 3month so you can try it sooner
