There is no exact date for the IRCC process . Most of the applicants From Dec 2022 to end of March 2023 received Eligibility after one year and all action stop for April 2023 applicant as I see in this forum . The file received after July 2023 are process more quickly than previous and also they received Eligibility .

A December 2022 Québec applicant here. They’ve not eceb started my eligibility yet. Hence, I think the fact they got all their other steps completed is a reason to be optimistic.

I have a question for you guys , I heard that immigration can know if someone applied for asylum in NZ or Australia is that true or just a rumor, I find kind of silly that ?
