Sent Docs via UPS to Embassy on Feb 23
Delivered to Embassy on Feb 28
Embassy sent acknowledgement on Mar 11
Raised webform on Mar 19th seeking extension as it would cross deadline.
Tracker shows BG completed on Apr30th
Called IRCC and the agent says that, they are yet to receive Mexico PCC and tracker shows false info.

Does the status shown in tracker is false?
Embassy is not replying to any of my emails seeking status of my PCC.

Can you give an insight of what is going on and what to do further?

You need to wait. I sent my documents for Pcc to the embassy in January 2nd and I haven’t received confirmation that the Pcc has been received. I know other people with similar dates and still waiting… so be patient

Did tracker say that they have received the police report you sent to them?

It does not. But without that how come the BG can be marked as completed?

My immigration pathway does not allow me to use the tracker

I have not received any answer from the embassy. I sent my documents on January 02nd 2024. I Called IRCC today and they confirmed my PCC was received and they are doing the final processing.
