I am on PGWP and I received nomination letter from SINP. I am wondering if the nomination will help me bring my spouse here on work permit. I didn't want to apply for spouse work permit before the nomination because my spouse is not financially stable back home. Since I got the nomination and I am in TEER 1 job, I am wondering if the IMP applies to my case.

I got my spouse rejection today with the same issue "You do not qualify under the IMP as you provided insufficient information to demonstrate that your spouse’s employment in a qualifying TEER. Refused under R205(c)(ii)." My employment letter did not mention anything about Job duties or NOC Code maybe that is why they rejected? But i have included my Noc code in my invitation letter. Can I apply for reconsideration? or should i just reapply with my updated employment letter?

Your employment letter from your employer includes job duties, how long you have worked there and that you have employment for at least 6 months. Include 3 paystubs too.
