Can everyone please share their timeline? I applied in June 2023
Aor and biometrics: July
I checked with them last week and they said only criminality is passed, other things not started.
If your sponsor is withdrawing their sponsorship, this unfortunately means that your application is going to be refused. The spousal sponsorship application cannot move forward without your sponsor.

What I applied it says in canada H&C consideration. I am inadmissible. However my spouse also signed papers when we apply for it. And now I am wondering if h&c grounds can help me if my partner withdraw that sponsorship.

The short answer is no. The application is a spousal sponsorship application. It will be refused if your partner withdraws sponsorship. You would need to submit a brand new application directly under H&C.

Can I update the same application instead of starting with a new one? I also have other grounds on my file such as establishment in Canada etc. Can we mention only that and remove the spousal part? That would be great instead of starting from the beginning. Am I right?
